Project Role:

Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements.

Summary:

As an Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting operations and managing the delivery of production systems and services in alignment with service agreements. Your daily responsibilities will include collaborating with your team to ensure system reliability, monitoring performance, addressing system issues promptly, and ensuring minimal downtime.

You will also be involved in proactive problem-solving, process improvement, and operational standardization. This role requires strong communication, technical skills, and a drive to become a subject matter expert (SME).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Independently perform operational tasks and become an SME in relevant areas
• Actively participate and contribute to team discussions
• Assist in solving technical and operational challenges
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for improved efficiency
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain service levels

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Network Infrastructures
• Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures
• Experience with network monitoring tools and performance analysis
• Ability to configure and manage routers, switches, and firewalls
• Familiarity with cloud networking concepts and technologies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Network Infrastructure and related technologies
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 15 years of full-time education
• Must be willing to work from Ahmedabad

Additional Information:

• Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures
• This role is based out of Accenture's Ahmedabad office
• A full-time education of at least 15 years is required
